Terms of Use

The owner of the online store KONDOOMID24.EE (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Pavius Baltic OÜ (registration number 12408019).

  1. Validity of the sales contract, product information and prices
    1. The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
    2. Prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to them. Delivery fees are added to the price of the goods.
    3. All prices include the applicable VAT in the Republic of Estonia.
    4. Delivery charges depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method.
    5. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer during checkout.
    6. Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
  2. Placing an order
    1. To order a product, add the desired items to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. After that, the payment amount will appear on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another method.
    2. The contract comes into force after the payable amount is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
    3. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, the store will notify the buyer at the earliest opportunity and refund the paid amount (including delivery costs), usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. Delivery
    1. Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
    2. The buyer bears the delivery costs, and the relevant pricing information is displayed next to the delivery method.
    3. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the buyer’s chosen destination within 1–2 business days from the contract becoming effective.
    4. Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 14 calendar days.
    5. In exceptional cases, the Online Store may deliver the product within 30 calendar days.
    6. If the Online Store has notified the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about supply issues and a period exceeding 30 calendar days, the stated Online Store period applies.
  4. Right of withdrawal
    1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
    2. The buyer does not have the right to withdraw and the product is not subject to return if:
      1. The product is in opened or damaged packaging.
      2. The product was damaged due to the buyer's fault.
      3. The product has been used.
      4. The product, after opening the packaging, is unsuitable for return due to sanitary and hygienic reasons.
    3. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
    4. When exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days, the buyer may only use the ordered product as necessary to check its nature, properties, and functionality.
    5. If the product has been used otherwise or shows signs of wear, the Online Store may reduce the refundable amount.
    6. To return a product, a request must be submitted by email no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
    7. The buyer bears the return costs, except in cases of product non-compliance with the order.
    8. The product must be returned within 14 days or proof of handover to the carrier provided.
    9. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the request, but not before receiving the product.
    10. If a more expensive delivery method than the standard one was chosen, the Online Store is not obliged to compensate the difference.
    11. The Online Store has the right to cancel the transaction if the product price was mistakenly listed significantly below the market price.
  5. Right to claim
    1. The Online Store is responsible for non-conformity of the product to the contract terms or defects occurring within 2 years from the date of delivery.
    2. Defects must be reported within 2 months by sending an email.
    3. The store is not responsible for defects caused by the buyer or due to normal wear and tear.
    4. Upon detection of a defect, the store repairs or replaces the product, or refunds the money.
    5. Complaints are processed in writing within 15 days.
  6. Dispute resolution
    1. Claims should be sent by email.
    2. If the dispute is not resolved, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.
    3. It is also possible to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
