Our loyalty program terms are simple.
Just remember these 3 numbers:
- To earn bonus credit, customers must register an account and log in before placing an order.
- Each purchase earns 2% cashback calculated on the total order value.
- Once an order has been dispatched, the cashback is credited to the customer's account as bonus credit.
- Bonus credit may be accumulated and used toward purchases at any time during its validity period.
- Accumulated bonus credit may be used to pay up to 20% of the total order value.
- Bonus credit is valid for 180 days.
- Following the dispatch of each new order, the validity period of all accumulated bonus credit is renewed to 180 days.
- Any unused bonus credit automatically expires and is forfeited at the end of its validity period.
- Customers can check their available bonus credit balance in their personal account.
- Bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.
